Currently under development at 300 S Biscayne Boulevard, Aston Martin is a 66-floor ultra-luxury development coming to Miami’s waterfront. The towers design was inspired by their own vehicles, creating a unique luxury tower to Miami’s skyline.

Miami River Greenway

This concept has been brought to life through The Related Group’s vision of creating a series of elegant waterfront parks, connected from north to south by a continuous bay walk called the Biscayne Line. Icon Bay Park will be the first section to be completed.

Metromover is a free mass transit automated people mover train system operated by Miami-Dade Transit in Miami, Florida, United States. Metromover serves the Downtown Miami, Brickell, Park West and Arts & Entertainment District neighborhoods.

for Performing Arts

One of the largest performing arts centers in the Unites States, this Art-Deco building was built in 1929 and lies in the center of Downtown Miami.

Biscayne Green

The proposed vision of Biscayne Green calls for the redesign of Biscayne Boulevard into Miami’s grand pedestrian promenade, similar to that of San Francisco’s Embarcadero, Madrid’s Paseo del Prado, and Barcelona’s Las Ramblas.

i-395 Signature Bridge

I-395, an iconic bridge over Biscayne Boulevard that will allow for the connection of Overtown, Downtown Miami, Omni, and Edgewater to each other by a contiguous trail that includes community activity areas.
